Ben Pakulski MI40 Program Review

Struggling to build muscle? - Try Optimum Mass 2.0

Today, I’m taking you through a review of Ben Pakulski’s MI40 muscle building program. This program is pure gold, and here’s why…

Ben pakulski is a highly qualified professional bodybuilder, an Arnold Classic Champion and one of only a few men on earth good enough to compete in the Mr Olympia.

Think about this for a second…

Ben is an athlete at the top of his game, competing on stage with the best bodybuilders in the world and has put all his elite level secrets into his MI40 program. This is some incredible stuff that you won’t find anywhere else, and if you’re ready to get on this program, you’ll find a special link at the bottom of this page.

MI40 is packed with videos, PDF’s and audio guides spilling the beans on pro bodybuilding training and nutrition.

The program is comprehensive. Look, getting lean and strong doesn’t happen overnight. It requires a complete approach, and one thing I learned from Ben’s program is that anyone benefits, not only from a fresh start, but from someone who really knows their stuff to see them through to the end.

What do you Get in the MI40 Program?

MI40 is split into 8 components. In the beginning, I learned how to create greater tension in my muscles when training. Sounds simple, but until I had it laid out for me, I didn’t realize that there was way more to “tension” than lifting with correct form.

I learned how long it takes to achieve benefits and why this particular duration actually helps create new “pathways” that make muscles work more efficiently and completely.

Much to my embarrassment, I discovered that my range of motion (prior to MI40) was off and getting in the way of progress.

As I continued to work through the material in MI40, I came to understand that my previous “workout diet” could do with some fine tuning. The nutrition component of MI40 explains exactly what to eat, when to eat it, and just as importantly, why (because nobody likes being told, “Here, do this,” without being given a reason).

Some of the information was a bit overwhelming  – there’s a lot to take in – but the “calculators”  helped me understand exactly what I should eat, how much and when (I thought I had nutrition nailed before I read MI40).

The Top 40 list of good foods and the helpful reminders of foods to stay away from is a nice addition. Eating this way has become second nature to me – the short learning curve was well worth it.

The supplementation protocol is awesome! I’d never used some of the supplements recommended in Ben’s MI40 program, but the science behind them was compelling, and the advantages so outstanding, that I don’t think I’ll go without them again.

Now, there’s something to be said about learning by example. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve read a manual that doesn’t even include pictures, leaving me standing there going “Huh?”. And here’s where Ben’s guide impressed the heck out of me: videos.

This course isn’t just another eBook. It came with more than seven hours of step-by-step instructions that demonstrate and thoroughly explain every (all 40) exercise in the program. Believe me, these videos will blow your mind. I can assure you that you’ll find training techniques in these videos that you’ve never seen before.

The rest of the course is still really good, but I was a bit on the fence about it until I saw the videos. I knew then that it was a keeper. The videos are also shot in HD and really easy to look at and follow. Ben is a great teacher.

As a plus, I found having things represented visually was a good motivator. (That being said, if someone learns better from still-images and reading, the photos and descriptions in the course are very well done, too, showing starting and finishing positions for each exercise and easy to read key points; I happen to learn best from videos, but it comes down to the individual).

Remember how I mentioned supplements? Another component of MI40 goes even more in depth than in the beginning of the guide and reveals a protocol focused on reducing inflammation. I learned that this matters because too much inflammation hinders the results from working out and slows you down before the next session.

There’s a difference between “feeling the burn” and “being burned by the feeling”. Ben’s protocol has really helped me keep feeling healthy, ready to move and injury-free.

MI40 finishes up with a really informative series of audio interviews in which Ben gathers what he calls “under-the-radar” information from other trainers (which I completely agree with), as well as therapists and doctors.

I like to listen to it post-workout; while my body is recovering, my mind is already churning with the possibilities of how to take my body to the next level.

MI40 program is, as the name suggests, a forty-day program. Forty days. That’s, what, about 1.33 months? I don’t know about you guys, but forty days sounds to me like an entirely worthwhile investment to drop some body fat, build some serious lean muscle mass and gain incredible knowledge from a pro bodybuilder.

And it’s not like I’m spending all day, every day, exercising. I still have a life; the difference is that with Ben Pakulski’s guidance and a bit of hard work, I’m enjoying living that life a whole lot more.

Ben stands behind his product and offers a 40 day money back guarantee; there’s nothing to lose, and everything to gain… literally!
